Open the Feedback app on your Clover device to get started. When Feedback is enabled, a unique code and instructions on how to leave feedback will be printed on the customer's receipt.
The customer will text the code to the number provided or use the Perka app to send feedback to you directly.
When your customers leave feedback, you'll be notified via email. Sign in to feedback.clover.com to see what your customers are saying. If your customer leaves their email address, you can reply to them by hovering over their feedback and clicking "Reply."
Respond with a message, or you can even include a perk for them to make up for any negative experience.
Your customer will receive their perk via text message or available to redeem in the Perka app.
