If your Autopay transaction did not go through please try removing and re-adding your payment card. To do so, please do the following:
1. Go to the profile screen in your Perka app and select "Payment Method."
2. You will see your card listed here. Select the trash icon and then select "Delete Card."
3. Select "Scan your card" and follow the prompts.
