There are a few reasons you may not recognize a transaction on your account
1. Depending on how you've set up your account, a tip may or may not be included in your transaction total. You have the option to set up an automatic tip for $1, 15%, 20%, or 25%. You can change the tip amount via the profile page. Tap on the image of your face in the upper right corner in order to access these settings.
2. The dollar amount could also be incorrect because the cashier entered it incorrectly. In this instance, please contact the merchant, and they should be able to issue a refund to your account.
3. If you did not make this payment, please contact the business for assistance. They should be able to issue a refund to your account.
