If Perka is saying it doesn't recognize your email or you're not receiving the password reset email, you will need to create a new account.
Tap on the profile button in the top corner of the app. Once you have entered your information, it is important to check your email and click on the link within the body of the email message. This will verify your account.
Once the account is created, you should be able to successfully log in to the Perka app. Please find and select the business where you would like to use Perka.
