Not seeing your points? Try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure you're signed in to your account. If you see this screen, select "I have an account" and enter your email and password.
You can also select the profile icon in the top right corner to access the "sign in" menu.
2. If you didn't get credit for your purchase, send feedback to the merchant letting them know.
